Kerbside Pickup & LALAMOVE Shipping (Klang Valley)
We do provide kerbside-pickup (self-pickup) services for those who wish to collect their ordered items themselves. No charges while need to make an appointment with us as below:
Collection time:
Mon – Fri (by appointment only) (except public holidays)
Saturday (up to 12pm by appointment only) (except public holidays)
Pickup point:
Block D2, Solaris Dutamas (Publika), No. 1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
Subsequently, we use LALAMOVE for deliveries. We will make every effort to process and ship your order quickly and within the stipulated time, but please note that given times are estimates and not guarantees. We will arrange delivery on behalf while delivery charges are directly bared by buyer toward LALAMOVE company.
** Buyer from outside of Klang Valley are advisable to order via Shopee or Lazada to enjoy better rate of courier delivery charges **

You may make payment via our e-commerce payment gateway, that accepting majority online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and etc.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Products sold are NOT REFUNDABLE, while we have a 7-days exchange policy if the items received defeated. Kindly do check & inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items defective, damaged, or wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
